Cranberry Creek Homestead is a late 19th century building that started as the Burdett Hardware store until my grandfather converted it to 3 apartments in the late 1970s through the 1990s. I moved into the smallest apartment to ‘put down roots’ as I just before graduate school overseas. When I returned from graduate school, I decided to work full time in the New York wine industry while caring for my grandmother who lived here.

Upon arrival at Cranberry Creek Homestead (CCH), you will be directed to your own parking spot and private entrance. We greet every guest when they arrive at CCH. The orientation to the property also gives you an opportunity to ask questions.

Upon entry, you see the kitchen, painstakingly renovated to be warm, and inviting for all the cooks in the family. We stock the kitchen with pots, pans, dishware, utensils, silverware, bowls, measuring spoons, & small appliances. The kitchen also has some basic staples such as flour, sugar, oil, vinegar, rice, salt, pepper tea and coffee. Ask about our concierge grocery service!

The open floor plan of the great room allows for flexibility to meet each family’s needs. The large solid oak table can seat 4-8 people and easily moves around the kitchen dinette area. The spacious living area invites you to relax and provides plenty of entertainment.

The main bedroom features a queen sized bed, the second bedroom features to twin XL beds and the 7′ couch in the living area also becomes a queen sized bed.
